Thank you for your interest in becoming a reseller of Rusty 4x4 Offroad Recovery Gear. To maintain the quality, integrity, and exclusivity of our products, we have established the following terms and conditions. Please read the agreement carefully before submitting your application.

Key Considerations for Resellers

1.      Screening Process

We carefully screen all applicants to ensure alignment with our brand values. Our goal is to maintain fair trade, consistent support, and premium quality for all end-users.

2.      Exclusivity by Region

• Resellers may be granted exclusive rights within a specific area if they agree to exclusively stock and promote Rusty 4x4 Offroad Recovery Gear.
• To prevent market saturation and provide the best sales potential, we will limit the number of resellers within a given region.
• Resellers found carrying competing brands may lose their exclusivity status.

3.      Ordering Process

• Orders should be placed through our online portal for accurate pricing, stock availability, and product information.
• The online system is designed for efficiency, minimizing errors and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manual orders can be accommodated in special circumstances but may cause delays.

4.      Stock Requirements

• Resellers are encouraged to carry stock of popular items to ensure swift availability for customers.
• If stock is not on hand, expect lead times of up to 3 weeks for fulfilment.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment via EFT. Unpaid orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days, unless otherwise arranged.

5.      Pricing Policy

• We ask resellers to kindly adhere to the recommended retail prices (RRP) listed on our website.
• Pricing battles or undercutting will not be tolerated. Fair and honest trade practices protect the integrity of our brand.

6.      Payment Terms

• All payments are to be made in advance via EFT or via our online payment gateway.
• We do not offer credit or backorder stock without prior payment.

7.      Warranty & Returns

• Warranty claims and returns are managed directly through Rusty 4x4 (Pty) Ltd.
• If a product needs to be replaced, the faulty item must either be returned to us or destroyed (as instructed) before a replacement is sent.
• Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis, and the process will be communicated clearly.
